Nobody Told Me Fishing Was So Boring - Just for fun.

I thought that maybe you could use some sunshine. Here's a scene shot in Turkey, the bored lady made the image for me. Yet the two guys are intent on catching something.
Have at it in any way you will.
The Jpg file is unprocessed. The RAW (WR2) file is untouched except for producing the Jpg image. Have fun

The woman has it right, based on experience: "A watched pot never boils." :D

LOL! Jerry, I know the feeling, fish never bite for me.
:-D
Here's a fishing story for ya....
We had a brown trout, way past record size, in our creek. One day, toward the end of autumn but not winter, we had a fire and marshmallows and all the guys decided they were going to catch that trout and cook him.
They fished and they cast, they tried lizards for bait, they tried grampers and corn and cheese. Desperation set in toward the end of the evening, but they finally gave up. Marshmallows and hot dogs were the meal of the day.
Everyone started to pack their cars, gather the children, put out the fire. But Missy, she was a die hard fisherwoman and she took the pole she was supposed to pack, stuck the gum she was chewing on the hook and went to the edge of the water for one last cast.
Yep, the brown took the gum and the next thing we heard was a huge scream and splashing galore. Missy was so excited about catching the fish she jumped in the creek, and the fish put up a bit of a fight while someone brought a net.
We got Missy's gum back, posed everyone for a photo and the brown went back to the creek to live a happy life amongst the frogs and crawdads. To this day, when someone complains about their luck at fishing, we tell them to try a piece of Juicy Fruit. :) :) :) :)

Honest -- it really happened. Believe me, the boys who had been so patient all day long were not happy, not really. But it was such a remarkable thing to have happen ..there's never any tellin' what a fish will strike at. Maybe the gum was just the right size or it fell just deep enough in the current. Who knows?? I was just glad to see that trout go back in the creek for another try, another day. He got really wily after that adventure :) :)

Not sure if this is the place you wanted to post this Shakey. One picture for HDR? I did take your image and used the new version of Aurora HDR. Opened in Basic>Realistic Vivid and took the highlights dos a bit. Here is what I got.

Not sure this is the place you wanted to post this Shakey. Only one image for HDR? I did process your raw in Aurora HDR. Used settings Basic>Realistic Vivid. Then did some additional Sharpening and lightened.

Yep, I was a little shaky about it too, Jim. I thought somebody would zoom in on the figures and make something of that. However, looking at you interpretation on my laptop, it's almost 3D. It looks good, Jim.

Here's my take ....
How did you do yours Andrew? I like yours much better than mine. Jim
Using the jpg image, I Tonemapped it in Photomatix.
After loading Shakey's, Jim-Pops' and andrew.haysom's downloads in separate tabs and flipping back and forth between them, I'm going with Jim-Pop's efforts. That's my opinion and you know what they say about opinions.
P.S. to Shakey. If you had asked me I could have told you how boring fishing is.
