Welcome to Day 109 :) It's Panorama Wednesdays.. so break out of your comfort zone and photograph something totally different .
I wanted to do pano's of the roses .. but they didn't turn out as well as I hoped ... I used A-Dep mode for the first time and I learned .. it does really well for a close up of just one thing but for this .. it has it's drawbacks .. so to salvage the pano's I used the orton effect on 2 of them.. so I guess A-Dep was a bit too far out of my comfort zone.
I look forward to seeing what you do differently:)
Hope you got the computer fixed and are feeling better. Migraines are nooooo fun. Sending get well hugs!

they look great! a unique pano - hmmmmm - I am stumped for now, maybe my creativity will awaken on the morrow when I do - lol
My first ever panoramic, done yesterday, and I will try to get another tomorrow and post it If I manage to do it right.
I would say that is GREAT for a first time...did you see my first one? CROOKED, my second one...ghost images....this is the hardest for me cuz i hate the tripod and dont do standing still that well.

truth is I rocked myself right off my rocker yesterday....Ill try to keep the blabbing to a reasonable limit today. Should be easy...Im having lunch with my mom. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH
See ya all later hopefully with a decent panorama.
HOPE all the headaches have subsided.
Hey Janice....do tulips close at night? I saw one yesterday in my garden...teeny weeny..it was planted 2 years ago and this is the first time it came up...last night I could see inside it...this morning it is closed...is that normal?
love the 1st pano, PG :D - gonna have to think of something I can do - just not much to photograph using the Pano mode.....maybe I just may have to submit a "normal" pic that I take today, giggle.

PG..why can't you crop and straighten the first one....seems that would be perfect????? What am i missing?
Thanks, I downloaded Picasa3, it made it easy. Picture was shot from the top of the City Library, they have an open area there.

Well, it's raining here today, so I took some I was going to post last Wednesday, but didn't have time, and made some out of some photos in my archive. The john deer is my first attempt at doing vertical panoroma, and the other lawn mower as well, but it didn't turn out so good.
Carowinds
Lawn mower
Squirrel
Zebra - but the corner is messed up and ghost images on the tail
This didn't work so well
A bunch of early risers I see....well it is only 8:00 here in the Northland....the sun is behind a cloud bank...but we will see what can be done ...panos are my nemisis...I dont have a good tripod and when I tried using photoshop it just didnt fill in all the spaces.... this is what turned out so Ill see if I can use picasa.
