Sorry; not sure why photos did not upload earlier and I was in a hurry to leave at the time. Just got back and hopefully these photos will solve the questions.
These are Ultra II's and the reason I use 4GB is if something happens to the card, I only lose a few photos. I've just recently purchased a D4 and will be using XQD cards.
This case will only hold CF cards.
