Here is another one from the haunted house. The barbed wire girl has been captured and restrained in barb wire, but now she has gotten free and is trying to escape her capture.

I get what you are trying to do but I don't think it works. The pic depends on us believing that it is barbed wire yet it so obviously isn't. Barbed wire is harsh, wicked and very sharp. The light coming onto her face should result in some metallic reflections on the points. As it is the 'barbed wire' looks soft, almost like wool. Consequently I find myself unable to believe in the pic. Rather than the intense danger filled scene that it could be it ends up feeling like a 1950 B grade horror film. Sorry if that comes across as very negative, it was an interesting idea, I just don't think it worked out

You are so right about the barb wire looking very fake, I didn't even plan on taking this shot but I was waiting for another model to come out and saw this girl finishing up with another photographer and asked her to let me get one shot. I didn't even think about making the barbed wire look real I think I might try making some sort of layer to make the wire look metalic.

In my honest opinion, the barbed wire looks like old, used barbed wire. It ISN'T shiny at all. maybe razor wire, but not barbed wire. If anything, it should be less monotone, maybe a little rust added. Even brand new, the stuff is gray. I think the bigger issue is her terrible wig. That doesn't reflect on your talents, more in the choice of using a very fake looking wig by whoever chose it.
