If price is your only criterion, buy the cheapest.

I'll be the first (maybe) but not the last to ask this question.

How do you intend to use your camera?

I have the Sony RX100 III and am very happy with it, it also shoots RAW.
I bought mine new for a lot less than you have posted, somewhere just over $600.

Perhaps you can recommend some good glass to use with the cameras the OP listed?

That's easy. Either something made by Zeiss or something very expensive. :D

I had the Sony III and sold it to get the IV - very nice, both of them. I bought the III used and sold it for a profit to buy the IV. It's a good solid camera. Do a Google search for comparisons of those three cameras and decide what features are important to you. I'm on a different computer now, or I'd post some links.

Let us know what you decide.

Love my RX 100 mark 2.
Pros- Good images, manual control available, small enough to fit in my purse or pocket, doesn't trigger the "OMG, she's got the camera out again" response. Good in low light, decent field of view.
Cons- zoom is limited, manual controls not as easy to use a DLSR, a little more sensor noise than a crop or full frame sensor, doesn't have interchangeable lens.
No matter which you pick, you will enjoy it.
:) :) :)
