Shine, I prefer the second one also based on his eyes. I'm not sure if that is a scar on the upper part of his nose but I think I would tone it down or remove it. also, possibly tone down or feather the (hot spots?) on the tip of the nose some. Just my opinion. Over all good subject/image. The title fits perfectly.

Second. In the first, the glasses (the reason for the name) just don't stand out enough. You notice them, but not like in the second.
