Natural Halo

I was out at the beach in the Florida Keys saw this in the sky. I am told it is a natural halo. I should have underexposed it a bit I guess.

Awesome shot- it has been a discussion elsewhere this week and last, but how did you get this great sun shot? settings, filter,ect. We would appreciate it if you shared that, thanx. :)
