I have Windows 10 and am constantly tweaking the photos I have stored in my Desktop. Came across a nice site offering 200+ plugins. Big problem...if I download a plugin for my Photoshop Elements 12, how do I use it? How do I activate a plugin? I am really too old to be this confused. Help.
