Pentax SMC-A 70-210mm f/4 manual focus lens. Serial #5236265. This is an excellent copy of a film era lens that works well on any Pentax digital SLR camera. It is manual focus, but the "A" setting allows for full interface with all modern DSLR functions except auto focus. It is in excellent cosmetic and working condition with no scratches, dents or scuff marks on the body. The lens elements are clear without fungus, haze or other imperfections. The focus mechanism is smooth and precise as you would expect from Pentax. Included Pentax front and rear caps and a leather case that also looks new. $85 include PayPal and shipping
A superb lens! I've owned one for several years and they're sharp as a razor's edge! The build quality it without peer.

Thanks Dewey, only reason for selling is I just got a Tokina AT-X 100-300 f4 lens. Same great build and image quality as the Pentax just more reach.
Have you ever tried one of the older Pentax-M 75-150mm lenses? They're another one of the Pentax zooms that are remarkably sharp.... and the color rendition is amazing. Same with the SMC Pentax-F 70-210mm. Matter of fact, that whole series of Pentax-F zooms are sharp.

No, I have not tried that one. I have been using a Pentax smc F 35-70 and I like that lens a lot with my K5. Had a M 200 f4, but like the 70-210 much better.
Happy New Year!
