Hello again, everyone ...

Been away from the site for a while. A new job has kept me pretty busy, so I wanted to update a few things.
First, I lost my beagle, Sydney to cancer. That was one of the most difficult things to get through. I did find another beagle that I fell in love with a few months later. Her name is Casey (my new avatar).
Second, I finally got some real lemons from my Dwarf Meyer Lemon Tree. Cool, fresh lemons grown in Pittsburgh, PA.
My beloved, Sydney. Will never forget her.

Casey's at bat. She is a real sweetheart.

Welcome home!
Good looking beagle ya got!
I'm so sorry for your loss. Casey looks like a real charmer and as a pet owner, I well know how important it is to fill your heart with that unconditional love.

Hey, Linda, thank you so much. I did notice your new avatar. Very cute. Nothing like coming home from a hard day at work and seeing those eyes pleading for you to take a long walk.
Sorry to hear of your loss but new addition is a beauty and will help the healing

Thank you, Marilyn. It's very much appreciated. There is nothing like the love you get from your dog. Absolutely unconditional.

Beautiful shots. Sorry to hear about Sydney but looks like you've got another winner in Casey. BTW, what part of the Burgh are you from?

Thank you, Jeanbug. I've always loved dogs and beagles have a special place in my heart.
