Sadly, handicap parking is one off the most abused law with the least amount of fines given out. Sit in a parking lot and watch sometimes. The places are used mostly by people that have there mates or dead parents placards."which are anybody can get lately" Seen one stop,put the placard on the mirror,out jumped this teenage girl,started running ,and old gentleman with a handicap plate ,who wanted the space yelled at her ,she just turned around,jester-ed with the middle finger and kept on her merry way. Scenes like this is common if you look.I think that violators should be towed and severely fined.

The one thing that made me think it was staged was the car owner just rips the post-its off the car and threw them on the ground and then drives off with squealing tires and a 6 inch hole to see through when driving. Even the laziest of cops here wouldn't let those things slide.

What about all the littering and the lack of respect that he seems to have for the law. I agree about it being staged ;but wouldn't you like to do or see something like this happen in real life .At the very least , see the expression on the person as his or her vehicle is slowly being towed away. I think it would be awesome. Especially that little snot that told me to MYFB ,when I asked what his handicap was,as it certainly wasn't apparent. MY reply was "Sorry, I now see ,Mental I gather. Went right over his head.
