I agree with your assessment about the other shots being better :)
#1 - looks like has motion blur. As for composition, I see 3 bright areas competing for attention, with no real focal point/subject.
#2 - similar issues as #1.
#3 - Like me with landscapes, it seems you might be trying to fit too much into the frame. Standing more to the left, to leave out the garage door, and zooming in to the deer would perhaps be a more effective composition.
I agree, #1 & #2. As for #3, I tried different angles and could not separate the stubborn deer. I don't think my neighbor would like me rearrange them. If I could split them up I would try working on just the deer. Thanks, Tom
