Novatron 440 lighting

My wife recently went to a garage sale, had a novatron 440 lighting system w/ power pack, 3 lights w/ stands, cables, and umbrellas ( btw, everything works !!) it was only $30.00 for all. My question is how do you sync all this with the camera, Web site wasn't much help. I have Canon equipment if that matters !! thanks a lot

I bought a set of Novatron 440 for $100 at a yard sale, one light didnt work but I took it to a camera shop and got $300 worth of trade in and got a portable light system with battery pack. You got a great deal.
