This continues the dialogue that mistakenly assigns ineptness or stupidity to the HMIC. That is NOT the case at all. He is intentionally doing or not doing things that are bringing down the "white America" he so detests. Nobody could be as wrong as often as he is, even a dolt could do better. It has been obvious his intent to "fundamentally change" America has been his agenda and that agenda is to bring it down to third world status as payment for its sins.
