EB, this is a little embarrasing but I figured out the issue I was having is that I forgot to figure the "photo replay" time into the intervalometer equation so that the IV would trigger while the previous photo was still displayed. Then the camera had to wait the remainder of the 31 seconds to trigger on the next cycle, giving me gaps. Drive on!
