Nikon did not make a 500mm f/11.0 reflex lens. You may be thinking of the 1000mm f/11.0 reflex.

You didn't show the front element which is flat, you showed the back. About the serial number: the lens you show is the second one made in 1961. I happen to have #171502, one of the last made in 1969.

Yes, I know that I did not. I'll be sending images of the front. The owner is taking some today. The lens is not in my possession.
