I think the Sony A77 has what you want
Sony A77 has everything he is asking for and more
That's for sure and more. I will be sure that he gets this.
Thanks everyone again for your kind suggestions.
Look Olympus E-5
IN-BODY IMAGE STABILIZATION
DUST REDUCTION SYSTEM
RUGGED CONSTRUCTION :coupled with advanced splash and dust protection
MULTIPLE ASPECT RATIOS
And many many more....
The first photography course I took in high school used Yashica A camera's, we affectionately called them 'The Brick'
Not on the subject of kinds of cameras, but have you ever wanted to get a photo of a cozy? cove and pounding seas on the Oregon coast? In a howling wind/rain storm I have tried it, but seeing as it was too windy to use my tripod, had to hand hold the camera, held tightly to my chest, which was only heaving from exertion and fear of blowing away, unless I held my breath -- and I have no idea now where that slide is. Went back the following evening and got a couple of sunset shots which were not bad at all. Oh, yes, those were in the days before digital cameras, so I guess would not help our friend anyhow.
Sorry. Molly Murrill (shutterbug)

I don't know of any weather-sealed DSLR's that offer an artuculated screen. There may be one but I have not read about it. After seeing 2 bodies (one Canon and one Nikon) with their articulated screens broken off, I seriously doubt I would ever be interested in one. But I did read ONE rumor that speculated about an articlated screen on the forthcoming Nikon D400 being a possibility.
As SooLine has already said, the Sony A-77 has ALL of those features. Rumor has it that Sony IS working on a full-frame version as well(A-99?). We'll see. As the owner of an A-77 (got mine from overseas before the Sony store had it in stock), I find the learning curve a little steep on some of it's features, but when I get everything right I love it! It doesn't hurt to have some really good glass either!(Zeiss 16-35/2.8, Sigma 70-21/2.8 etc.)

With these high megapixel cameras, really good glass is essential!
It kind of looks like most of the "lover boys" have Canon 5Ds. Interesting!
I believe that item is going to be released in a few months, the A99; price not yet disclosed~
It fits every one of the above criteria, but of course much faster than the A77, and full frame.

As long as we're rumoring, I heard the same thing about a future Canon. I might have heard it here. It's a nice feature, but tough to seal. Yesterday, I used the tilting screen on my D5100 to get shots of the wet grass - without having to lie down in the grass - in the rain.
I read reviews of the A77 -sounds fantastic!

by the way it doesn't matter that sony makes SOME not all but some of the sensors that nikon uses. its the software that nikon developed is propriatery and not shared with sony. Oh and one more thing when nikon was making the sp rangefinder, some great glass and had intoduced the Nikon F one of the greatest and influencial slrs sony was making transistor radios.
It wasn't till Sony acquired Minolta that they started to produce great cameras. The processors between Sony and Nikon are totally different, with a slight lead going to Nikon; however I believe Sony has been ahead on the risk taking technology. I have both Nikon and Sony cameras and like them both, my feeling is that professionalism leans to Nikon. Sony Alpha and NEX are just fun to use.

But Minolta wasn't. It is those brilliant glass engineers that Sony cornered.
