I don't have a picture to post but a friend sent me this web site of old color pictures that a lot of us "OLD TIMERS" would appreciate. They bring back many memories. Enjoy!!

You all are very welcome. I really enjoyed them and they brought back some memories. I was a kid in those days but can remember the hard times. Who wants to go back to the "Good old days"?

I picked up a Russell Lee b/w book on Pietown while doing a 1,000 mile photo trek in New Mexico but was not aware he did color. Nothing like the look of old Kodachrome though. NM is still a great place to shoot, particularly the old towns in the central area.
Have you seen any of Ansel Adams color photos?

The train photos briefly brought my Dad and his Dad back to life for me. So much has changed in time but so little in my memory of my childhood.
