Yes I still have them both at present. The ZS40 I have had for just over a year and the FZ70 maybe 6 months. They were both purchased used from B & H and were graded as a 9/10.
My main reason for selling them is to upgrade to a Fuji XT10 but they have both been very good for me although I have used them more as a back up to my FZ1000.
