How to cook the best turkey you ever had and know when it's perfectly done.

Take a 12 to 15 pound turkey, remove the giblets, neck, etc. Make sure the turkey is completely defrosted. Pre-heat your oven to 400°. Wash your bird in water and completely dry (inside and out). Use oil and lightly oil your bird. Cut up a few stalks of celery and about ½ cup of chopped onion. A little fresh garlic never hurts anything. Put ingredients inside the bird's cavity. Now take enough un-popped pop corn and completely fill the cavity. Tightly sew up your bird at the neck end and also the cavity opening. You don't want any of that precious liquid spewing from your bird. Turn your oven down to 350° and insert your bird head end first. Cook approximately 3 to 4 hours. You'll know when your bird is done when the popcorn blows the ass off the turkey.

That sounds like a great technique - for someone else's house.
