Corn On The Cob

I think maybe I'll become a vegetarian and only eat corn on the cob for the rest of my life.

Yeap! One of my favorites. It's seasonal though, depending on your areas growing season. You might have to travel to warmer climates to get it fresh.

I taught my two grandkids how to shuck fresh corn last weekend. They thought it was great fun ... much more fun than the frozen cobs their mother buys.

You're lucky to live in Florida, as it seems they have a lot of corn right now. That's where our Publix market got theirs.

I second, third and fourth that...had some corn on the cob tonight, not bad but nothing close to Silver Queen from Ohio.

Fresh in my area Late July through Late August.
