It says SME caused the video to be blocked on content copyright grounds. Who is SME? Are they a band? Do you have any content in the video that was created by SME or anyone other than yourself?

All the footage is mine. but as a background I used Bob Dylan's song which is about 40 years old. Could that be the reason?

Yes, I think that's it. I believe Dylan is very picky about copyrights. Youtube allows you to post videos of your own cover versions of other artists songs, but doesn't always allow the artists recordings to be used without permission and/or accreditation.
SME stands for Sony Music Enterprise and they probably own the copyright to the Dylan recording, and they require youtube to restrict use of their recordings.

Yes, you probably right. But still it is weird because here in my country there is no problem to open and see it. I had to declare of course that it was my footage and that it was no commercial etc. etc. Same happened on Facebook... after I declared all this and then it was put in the open. I assume you are from USA. I am in Israel.
