I used the Hotmail options to unblock the UHH Website. I'll have to wait and see if it works. I haven't gotten a newsletter for several days, so I just have to see what happens.

That'll probably work fine for you. If not, make sure UHH is not blocked, write the admin and just let them know you aren't receiving the daily update. I'd not mention the accidental blocking. Though, as I first mentioned, it'll probably work now.
