Epson Stylus Pro 3880-Borders

I am printing on an Epson Stylus Pro 3880 using Lightroom 5.7. I am printing on 8.5x11 in paper. I do not want to crop my photos to 8x10, so I keep them in the same ratio, which comes out to 10.75x7.169. I am not sure how I came up with this originally, but it works perfectly. (I have even had custom Matts made to order, with this size opening, which fit into an 11x14in frame.) I have printed dozens of photos, and they all came out perfectly. Then, I switched to print some other size photos, which also came out perfectly. Then when I switched back to the 10.75x7.169, I developed a problem. A border is no longer being left on either the top/bottom, or either side. So, the 10.75 fills the entire 11in paper, and the 7.169 now has an additional 0.13in. on top and bottom Yet, when I view this on screen, in LR 5.7 prior to printing, the borders are there.

My LR 5.7 settings are as follows:
paper size: 8.5x11
cell size: 10.75 x 8.25
margins: 0.13
rotate to fit: checked
These are the exact settings I used when the prints were coming out fine.
Can anyone help with this.
Thanks.
Steve
