Too much tree, not enough bird in all of them in my opinion.

I would crop the top and left and have the bird right of center on the middle photo.
From the way they are presented I prefer #2. In #1 & 3 my eyes go first to the big branch on the right, Tom
Rules of Art, to me are like rules in a knife fight, great artists and photographers made their rules. See, learn and do what pleases you.

I'd crop to your vertical aspect ratio to put the bird or its head in the upper right third. Agreed, too much tree.
#2. You could frame the bird with those two thin limbs or suckers!
