A lot times I accidently hit the "spam" button rather than "delete" and bingo , I'm off the list again... This forum is the ONLY ONE THAT HAPPENS TO... ONLY ONE !

Thanks for the reply's. I sent an email to the Admin. and he re-activated me. Just received the 4-13 digest. I have to say that was really fast service. I took the advice of Dirtpusher and read the 13ths's entries on line. It's nice to be back in the action. I really do like it better in my email box. First thing I read when I wake up. As an aside, just took a Quantaray (sp) neutral filter off my "18-55" and man did it make a difference. I would not have thought about cheap filters if I had not been a member of this list. Thanks guys

You can have mine - I don't really use it. I just hit "watched topics" then "unread topics" from the main page.

Snowbear: Thanks. I just had the filter on to protect the lens. Noticed my pictures had degraded and suspected the camera. Started reading some filter topics on Hedgehog and decided to take it off my 18-55. World of difference. Now my pictures are crisp and clear again. Going to be careful of filters from now on.

Sorry - I meant the UHH newsletter ;)

As for the UV filter - I use it on the film body if there is haze about, not at all on the digital.
