Experimenting today. The original image is the barn. I added five other images: 2 horses, goat, moon and swans. Finalized the image by blending in Nik using the glamour glow filter.
Now I would have posted that and seen if anybody spotted it was a composite. I think you would have got away with it.

Here is why the horse has no hooves. When you cut it out, unless its standing on a sold ground, the hooves are generally surrounded by either dirt or grass or bushes. In this case, the horse was originally standing in a field of grass and its hooves were hidden. So, I cut it out the best I could. When I place the horse in its new home I have to use the clone tool to place whatever is surrounding the horses feet onto the non-existent hooves. The same with the goat. It was standing in tall grass with hidden hooves. So, I had to add grass when placing it in its new home.
