Nice! I'm normally not a big fan of HDR, but I really like this one. My grandfather (born 1900) was a RR engineer. He actually drove the train. He started out as a fireman (loaded the coal into the furnace to create the steam).
Thanks for bringing my memories of him to the forefront.

My grandfather was a conductor based in Onieonta N.Y......the yards looked much like your picture.Great Shot
Love the photo - the perspective, the tracks leading you into the picture and those clouds - wow!
Still remember going down to the RR crossing in town and watching my grandfather charge through there (waving to me as he passed) as an engineer for the Missouri-Kansas-Texas RR (the Katy). Great memories.
