Oh my gosh, Edie, how delightful! Cats are just so darned self-involved :)

I truly love that you saw the possibilities of this image and snapped. Terrific eye for irony, whimsy, other things I can't articulate at this first moment of viewing.

Great job!

Nicely spotted Edie. Not sure how long the stampede lasted but a shot with the camera set at a lower ISO would have resulted in less noise than you have here. You may have needed the main room lights adjusting to do this.
But as it is a fine quick snap shot of Felix? ruling the roost as a good cat should do.

Thanks, Frank2013. It was this one or Lee Marvin talking to his horse.

Thanks, Billy. The ISO was 800, so will try your advice...the cat's up there every night. He sleeps through explosions, too!

Norman my cat, who rules Billspad with an iron paw, has taken to sleeping on the microwave. It can be turned on with food revolving on the turntable inside and he will not move a muscle other than to swish his tail to show disapproval. This behavior fails to impress Mrs Billy who is a hygiene freak.

Only from the mind of Edie. Damn, woman! This is the epitome of the kind of thing only you can see and produce. - A real shot across the bow of more traditional photography.

I simply and truly love this work.

Norman just keeping a watchful eye over things this morning from atop the microwave. Mrs Billy will kick his butt when she sees him! He sends his regards to you and Felix.

Thanks, Jim. With Billy's suggestion, I could make it technically better.

How can I criticize such a moooo ving image. I'm sure there's a tail to tell, though. I like it.

Fun shot, Edie. And a very typical cat--"Unless there's something in it for me, I'm not interested. Call me when they're in the catfood can."

Nice job on this one!

And only Treepusher could come up with this response. Really cute!

My very first thought was that the cat was laying on a window sill and the cows were walking down the street. I love how I was fooled into thinking this and how utterly off the wall it is.
