Terrific image bud 77. I visited that lighthouse many years ago, but did not get down to that viewpoint.

Awesome image. Not sure when taken but if you or any one else can be there today with this current storm I have no doubt you would see more of the same if not more high surf.

Dave, I live close to this site and go there often. This picture was taken 11-14-2015 during a major storm. My canon 7D and me both got wet on this trip but seemed to survive.

I don't live along the coast but have spent the last three days in the general area elk hunting. I know what you mean about getting wet. Today it will be get cold and then wet if forecasters are correct not to mention fairly windy this afternoon. Fun fun fun. The Oregon coast is so wonderful. We are very lucky to live in this part of the world. I plan to spend a few days after Thanksgiving there if more storms roll in. With any luck I will witness what you where able to capture.
