I read the story where did is say anything about a welfare check. I'm not defending the mother she needs to be charged. But lets stick to the facts of the story and don't stereotype that all mothers on welfare. I have known some really great mothers who were on welfare after there husband died and did not have life insurance. I agree that the mother should be arrested. The color of her skin does not matter as plenty of immature white girls are no better. So far, no one has said anything about the boy. Could he be the product of his environment? His mother left him alone all night, he could not cope with a crying baby, no father figure to learn from. His story is repeated all over this country.

Bangee I totally agree. The parents are responsible and need to pay the price. But don't make it a Black issue it's a parent issue.
