Good article, Thanks. Another good use for the hair dryer is to thaw out a frozen water pipe.

Very true. Won't catch the building on fire that way as compared to a torch like many do.

My wife has several hair dryers. I don't know why she insists on buying extra equipment that she could do without.

Probably one for each hairstyle.
She learned that from multi-lensed photographers.
