Nice shot, Richard, but I don't think it is an Ibis, unless it is an albino (this is not an impossibility). As far as I know, all species of Ibis have black bills. :-) :-)

There are three species of Ibis in North America, none have black bills. Can't speak of species in other parts of the world. We do have some egrets with black bills, however.
As mentioned by another poster, these White Ibises are very common here in Florida.
