I removed my Halloween scarecrow and put up mini lights to form a Xmas tree. Along with that- i purchased one of those animals that inflate via built in electric inflater.

The deer came in this afternoon and saw all of that new stuff and were paranoid . Especially with that un-inflated deer laying in a heap. The fawns and Doe gave it a wide berth for the longest time.

Their certainly guessing- wait until the thing starts to inflate- they will be gone in a flash!

Christmas decorations while I was still able to put the spikes in the ground.
They will get over it fast.

Great capture Mare. Love the expression on their faces. They had to be thinking what the Heck. Hope they don't come back and attack the deer. Lol. A fun set too.

Don't think that will happen Mare- if that had been inflated and the wind blowing just a tad- they would stood on the road and kept their distances.

All deer are very high strung, and the smallest thing out of the ordinary can trigger a response.
But they are cute to watch.

Actually, that deflated deer is scary... I'd be giving it a wide berth myself, lol!
