This is Zion N.P. unadulterated. It shows colors, textures, geography, and the trees growing out of the rocks. This is Cable Mt. and if you look at the very top of the Mountain on the left hand side you will see a structure. Years past they would log trees off of the top and use this to lower the trees to the floor below where they would put them on trucks to ship out. The structure is still there.

When you post an image with minute detail, you should check the box labeled (store original), so we can download and enlarge to appreciate resolution, and see the detail you mention.

I did but for some reason it did not go through. Thanks! in fact I deleted the first picture and then I reposted the same picture again, indicating that store original both times, frankly I do not know what happened.

Nice shot. When I visited Zion a couple years ago I noticed those trees on a number of mountaintops. Found them very interesting.

When uploading pics, don't do the preview thing. It kills the pics every time.

I am trying to figure out the best time to post. I have sent at different times and can never get it in the main body. I receive my ugly hedgehog on Mon, Wed, and Friday at about 3:30 a.m. but I send post anyways and seldom do they appear where I want them. Yet I get responses. Here is the original picture at it was supposed to be.
