That has to be fake. When I was jumping in the military and especially when jumping from a jet and the head jump Master stuck his head out the door - the wind friction really distorted his face. We were only doing about 140mph getting down to just above stall speed so we could jump.
The pressure on those guys if really flying with that jet would be tremendous and they would have to be on oxygen if they were that high as shown in the video.

You don't need oxygen from 12,500 and below. You can actually survive above that but FAA rules require it above 12,500.
You are absolutely right, but that jet liner looked a lot higher than 12,500'.
I would not give them more than three to four thousand feet because of what I can see. Early in the video they are over mountains, but when the jet packs join them they are over Dubai and the tallest building in Dubai is 2,722 feet high. At one angle they are almost level with that building's mast.
