Hi Everyone bob101 here with a question I can't find an answer to.
Looked hi and lo in Owners Guide on directions to clear and re-format memory card in camera, came up with nada, zilch.
Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

I downloaded the manual and it says to format the SD card in the camera. They say directions are on page 39 to format card both in camera memory and SD card. However, page 39 is black on download and no directions. Check your manual for page 39, if not in the original, contact Sony and tell them the page is missing. Hope you have page 39. Good Luck. PS they say that if you format the SD card on the computer, it will be slower to download to the pc.

Thanks Gidgette, I don't have page 39, will try to find it at Sony but my camera is a Panasonic. I'll try try there first ! Appreciate the reply.

You need to go into the Setup menu, then locate the Format option. See pages 28, 31 and 39.
