I actually went out on Monday afternoon just to shoot some clouds for my library and by the time I finished 20 minutes ago, this is what it turned into ...

The old barn is on the property a friend of mine just down the road from my house. The vultures I shot off the back deck of my house, and the longhorns live a couples miles down the road from me. I shot them with my Android as I didn't have my camera with me when my wife and I stopped by to see them.

The pond is something I created completely in Photoshop.

Thoughts ...

Thanks Tommy! Composites mixed with my digital paintings are what I enjoy doing the most. This particular piece is made up of 10 separate images. I am currently working on one that I have spent nearly a year on that's made up of 38 photos (so far — it will grow) and nearly 350 layers and that number will grow as well. A labor of love!

Very nicely done Don. To me, the Long Horn in the bottom-right of the picture seems a little out-of-proportion (too large) but it may just be my perception, and anyway, is far better than anything I would come up with.

Picdude, thanks for your comments and insight. You were just about dead on. Although it wasn't 'Alfred' who was too large, it was the white one to his left. It was a bit too close on the horizontal plane as 'Alfred' as well. I also reduced it's size about 10 percent. Here it is with the changes ... I think thinks works a bit better ...

An amazing piece of work. That the cattle were captured with your Android makes it even more amazing. I too have an Android and it takes wonderful photos.
