And then you are going to send you rain on to me. I was planning on shooting the Orion Nebula but it looks as though we are going to get cloud cover and dropping temps for the next few nights. So much for adding that to the autumn photo contest. Sonny, you and Craig should consider entering some sort of Fall sky shots. Craigs Andromeda would be cool I think.
Just a thought.

Thank you Jim that sounds like a good idea.

Be sure to follow the rules or Steve will boot it out.
I've had a few booted because my HDR program strips out the Exif info and he couldn't confirm when I shot the photo.
Good luck!
BTW, I changed out the picture I had posted and someone else from Albuquerque posted a shot from the festival as well. Mine is the mummy not the minstrel.
;)

All my EXIF is there and the title includes Autumn so I should be OK.
The only color I would get here is the Poison Oak.

You'll get better saturation if you roll around in it..

I posted a shot of a pen I made from one of the burls I sent to Sonny. I hope he enjoys them.

Very nice capture...

Thank you Bruce. I was hoping to play last night but clouds rolled in just as Orion was peeping over the 5200 foot pile of dirt and rock to my East.

Awesome lunar , I'm love all that clarity and detail. It must have been a very good night in your dry climate. I'm getting super duper el nino~ rain.

Thank you very much.
Seeing was very good and I had just aligned my scope.
We have had a lot of cloudy nights. It gets frustrating having clouds and not much rain. We have been doing better lately.
