This is a secondary relief gate spillway for the Pensacola Dam in Oklahoma. (Grand Lake o' the Cherokee) I believe it is only used in the event of heavy rains. The Pensacola Dam is still the longest multiple arch dam in the world. I'm also including a jimmied up version cause I just kinda like it.......

One of those things you don't see right off. You can't see the vista unless you get out of your car and walk down an embankment. I'm finally starting to get a bit of a 'feel' of where to look for stuff like this.
