Fantastic set of pictures. I loved the way you framed them, especially using the trees. Also, I love aspens in the fall. Great job.

Absolutely outstanding set of pictures, Mike! My hat is off to you!
Now.....the only things that you "forgot" are.........what camera? what lenses? Did you get to take the Durango to Silverton RR "up and back"? And if not.....what kind of vehicle did you use to drive through the Rockies with?
BTW........those Rocky Mountains.......they kinda make those little "hills" in PA. look like so many "ant hills" don't they?

A very nice series. Photo #2 is my favorite because of the composition. The framing between the V in the trees leads me to the valley. :-D
Like the variety. Each photo is a new adventure. Very well done, and thank you for sharing. djt
A very beautiful set of photos. Love the colors and composition of all. Can I copy #6 so that I can send it to my brother-in-law who collects everything about trains? Mahalo for sharing.
Tremendous set of images, my friend. I worked with a man who went to Estes Park every summer for years. I have never had the pleasure except through images. Keep them coming!
I love your images, which camera body captured these outstanding images?
