Turned down a dirt road this evening on my leisurely drive back to our home away from home thinking to see some Paso Finos since that was the sign I was following. No horses but I saw this and it caught my attention. Yes, I went down the trail that lead to nowhere :)

the road to nowhere.

What I like about these places is that they never quit, take photos there in any weather, time of day or time of year and you can have a wonderful photo......good job....

That's usually the best trail to travel... as further evidenced by these lovely shots!

I really like the road pic, it reminds me of the old road me and my wife use to walk down a quarter mile or so to go fishing me, sunbathing her while I was stationed at Cecil Field
Florida in the late 1970s.

Pics quality is Great to.

I love that pic of the road to no where it reminds me of an old road in SC my wife and I use to walk down to get to an old abandon fishing pier where few people ever went cause it was so far back in the boonies.

I always carried my 357 Mag. with me when we went there due to some wild hogs in the area.We happened to see them just before dark on our way back to the car one evening.

The three babies and the old Momma Hog ran across the road approximately ten yards in front of us. Boy talking about scaring my goat man whew! We didn't even know they were around! I am sure glad the old Mamma Hog didn't turn on us an attack. They can do a lot of damage with those husks and they are fast as lightning!
Well I've rambled on enough so bye for now.

20April,2012 br br I love that pic of the road to... (show quote)

only had that experience one time and that was when MaMa, my sister and I went hunting with Daddy and they came out behind us and Daddy said to be still. Not to easy for me since I was the last one in line! they ignored us and went on about their way. :-)
