How to retrive metadata

Please help me. I need to get the metadata for some of my photos. I.ve loaded them into both Lightroom and PSE, but can't seem to bring up all the information on each of them. Your assistance will be appreciated. Thank you.

In the library module click the Metadata tab. Select the type of metadata by using the drop down to the left of my arrow. If you don't see the data you want let us know what data is missing.
