1:1 Clemetis seed stacking

Now that I have an idea as to how to stack in Macro, here is the first sample. The first is at f/11 and the second is a 40 images stack @ f/11.
Can you see the difference? I think they are both beautiful in their own way. Enjoy the download.

Good start.
It is on my list for near future. I took a workshop on macro and one of the lessons was stacking. I will have to set up and try it.

I just started shooting Macro this year, and really enjoy it...Have not gotten into stacking yet...your comparison is very interesting and well done...Thanks for sharing..!

While both images are very nice, for me the stacked photo wins. I enjoy marveling at the detail in a shot of that sort. Well done and off to a very good start.

Very time consuming, but I think I have the general idea. Now I have to zoom in and do the additional preening of the slices. I just have to allocate the time to get that done.

You are right. The reason I started on this project is to have something photographic to do besides just editing images during the Winter when the weather isn't permitting me to be outside.

The extra detail really grabs me as well. Makes spending money on the optics worth it. :thumbup:
