Literati Loc: South Carolina

Saturday was both bitter but also sweet. Married to a runner, we left for yet another 5K race. He the runner...me the bag holder and cheerleader. It was special this Saturday as the race was raising money for breast cancer awareness and research. He always runs this race in memory of his sister and in honor of several of our relatives and friends who have suffered with this desease. I was especially grateful as my husband suffered major heart issues in 2002 is blessed to still be around.. and still running a 24 minute 5K at 60. There was a memorial for families to honor or remember family members. I was able to capture a couple of shots from across the way. As I said bitter and sweet.
