Good composition with potential. Could not find ISO in EXIF data, but the dark areas are pretty grainy. Did you pp?
The sky colors are the main interest and need some more saturation
A couple minutes in Adobe Camera Raw (saturation gradient in sky) and a light touch of Topaz Simplify (which I like to use to save grainy shots) gave me this.
