Thought the lights really made this picture with the moon...Opinions welcome...First real attempt at night photography with this camera....

weather night or day You have to have a straight horizon it is drastically tilted upwards to the right. Composition is the most important part of taking a picture

Yes I know this , just didn't notice it in the picture until after it was posted . I used a tripod that I've since discovered does not sit level ....

But other than a tilted horizon (I get those also sometimes) I enjoyed the picture, especially the steam or whatever it is rising out of several of the buildings. An interesting shot in my opinion.

Thank you...it is steam ....the buildings are Clearwater paper and lumber mill....

You can straighten that out in PS in less than 5 seconds.
