Hey Jim thank you very much.
Here is the skivey as we used to call it.
Canon 7D and Canon 70-200L Non IS
Tv( Shutter Speed ) 0.3
Av( Aperture Value ) 4.0
ISO Speed 200
I didn't have a tripod with me on field so I improvised using the balloon envelope bag as a giant bean bag.
