Earth Under the Knife.....

I took this a while back one evening whilst in 'fiddle-fart' mode.... Ok but kinda so-so... Got the idea of putting the Earth in place of the marble the other day. ('Big Blue Marble' Earth shot care of NASA) I shot this with a Nikon D5100 and a 70's Tamron 105mm SP macro lens, table top tripod, remote release, LED flashlight spot & construction paper background. All mods were made with GIMP.
