Just completed a road trip that included the Smokey Mountains and a portion of the Blue Ridge Parkway. On the TN side of the Smokeys was a fantastic roadside display made with hay bales, a few pumpkins, some corn stalks, some paint and a great imagination. The sign said 'Welcome to Autumn'

Was this taken in Townsend at the Apple Barn? The put up a great display every year.

It might have been. All I remember is the Dancing Bears Resort sign behind it that was located somewhere up the hill behind it. We stopped in the restaurant along the road and had awesome chicken salad sandwiches on homemade bread.

That's where you were at. Dancing Bear Lodge is behind it. Will be there in about 3 weeks and I was wondering what their display would be this year.
